Shipping

We offer free tracked standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. At launch, we do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or military addresses.

In-stock orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Carrier transit time is additional; delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. We will provide tracking information when your order ships.

If a shipping problem or delay occurs, contact care@aurlennepearls.com with your order number. If we cannot meet our dispatch window, we will contact you about the delay and available options.
